: 80/20 split -- estimated earning potential of

$165,000-$175,000+ per year

depending on hours and patient volume

Your Day to Day

:

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions Prescribe and monitor treatment plans Educate patients and their families on wellness and preventive care Document patient encounters using

Oscar Pro EMR

Participate in care coordination with our pharmacist, MOAs, and physicians

What You Bring to the Table

:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) eligible to practice in

British Columbia

Registration with the

BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)

Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills Comfortable practicing independently and in a team-based model (Preferred) Prior experience in community or family practice
