Hours: 5 hours patient care plus 2 hours paid administrative time daily

The clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join an interprofessional primary care team serving a welcoming and close-knit community. You will have the flexibility to build your own practice model--either as the Most Responsible Provider with your own roster or working collaboratively with physician panels.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as appropriate
Promote health and wellness through education and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Current registration as an RN (Extended Class) and certification as a Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario or eligibility for registration
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with an NP designation
Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and health promotion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based practice
