Excel at providing patient education and promoting preventive care.

Responsibilities
Involved in triage and diagnosis of children and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and associated mental health issues.
Design and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including medication management and lifestyle recommendations.
Provide clear and comprehensive education on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to empower patients and their families.
Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment.
Regularly assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback, and address any emerging health concerns.
Advocate for and implement preventive health measures and screenings to reduce the risk of illness and enhance overall wellness.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) designation with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Nurse Practitioner certification with the CNO, including passing the NP examination.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements.
Excellent patiet and team communication and adherence to ethical and professional standards in patient care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per hour
