Clinic Director - Nurse Practitioner

Our centre specializes in testosterone optimization, erectile dysfunction therapies (including shockwave and priapus shot), weight management, PRP, and advanced treatment protocols. We're part of a proven concept launched in Southern California and supported by a network of over 300 clinics across North America -- giving you access to shared resources, training, and expertise while maintaining a local, personalized feel.

The Opportunity

As Clinic Director, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, guide patient care, and serve as the prescribing provider for therapies such as testosterone, ED medications, and other evidence-based treatments. This is an independent Contractor Position. The role starts part-time (2-3 days per week) with a pathway to full-time (5 days per week) as the clinic grows.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations, review lab results, and create personalized care plans Diagnose and treat low testosterone and related conditions, prescribing testosterone, ED medications, and other therapies as appropriate Evaluate patients for erectile dysfunction and recommend treatment options (shockwave, priapus shot, Trimix, etc.) Administer intramuscular and PRP injections Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing ongoing treatment strategies Provide leadership to other clinic staff (RPN(s), Office Manager) Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of clinical experience Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) Prescribing authority and comfort with hormone and men's health therapies Experience in urology, endocrinology, functional medicine, or private practice is an asset Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered communication No current or pending malpractice lawsuits

Training & Support

We provide comprehensive paid training on all in-clinic therapies, combining online modules with hands-on sessions led by our medical team. Training also includes certification in men's hormone health.
