Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing primary care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and working with students.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history, which may include prescribing medication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and case management. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Accuro Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
Requirements
Current Nurse Practitioner certification Friendly Experience providing primary care is preferred. Familiarity with case management practices is a plus. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to diverse patient populations. Excellent communication skills Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on promoting health and well-being.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $105,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
