is looking to recruit a caring, compassionate and dedicate, fixed contract, part-time
(up to 0.6 FTE) Nurse Practitioner to work
collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
NP will provide care to patients of the PCFHT Gender-affirming care clinic and community patients
NP will work to full scope, providing both preventative primary care and acute care within a primary care setting.
Proficient in the use of the computer including Microsoft and Excel
Prior experience and knowledge of electronic medical record system preferably Accuro
