Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Health Care team. the NP will work in collaboration with other health care professionals/practitioners to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role involves performing comprehensive assesments, diagnosing medical conditions, creating treatment plans, and managing patient follow ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical exams and asses patients medical histories Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions Prescribe medications and therapies Order and interpret diagnosing tests, including lab work and imaging Develop, Implement and adjust patient care plans Collaborate with other nurses, Counsellors, Acupuncturists, RMT's, Chiros, Osteopathys and Naturopaths to ensure community of care Maintain accurate and timely medical records Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program Active and up to date Nursing licence within BC Experience in a healthcare clinical setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
