About the Opportunity



We are seeking

two dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs)

to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our growing community. You'll work to

full scope of practice

, managing acute and chronic conditions, performing assessments, and contributing to long-term wellness in a team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care in accordance with

CNO Practice Standards

and

Canadian Nurses Association competencies

Diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatments independently within your full scope Promote wellness and preventative care, and support chronic disease management Collaborate with the care team to develop care plans and community-based health programs Use EMRs effectively for documentation, planning, and team communication (Experience with Telus PS Suite is an asset)*

Qualifications & Requirements



Education & Certification



Registered Nurse in the

Extended Class (EC)

with the

College of Nurses of Ontario

NP Certification (Primary Health Care preferred) Membership with

NPAO

or

RNAO

, including liability protection Current

First Aid and CPR Certification

Satisfactory

vulnerable sector check


Skills & Abilities



Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EMR systems

Compensation & Benefits



Annual Salary:

$125,477

Pension:

Participation in

HOOPP

(Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan)
