Responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and Patient Services, you will work in the orthopedic subspecialty clinic to improve the continuum of care.
Independently provide specialized care within your area of expertise.
Coordinate care with other hospital departments and the network, ensuring a comprehensive approach.
Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure child- and family-centered care.
Exercise leadership by integrating evidence-based practices.
Foster an environment of learning, research, and clinical development.
Qualifications:
We would love to meet you if you have:
Master's degree in nursing with IPSSP certification - pediatrics
Member in good standing of the O.I.I.Q.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting or acute care
Asset: experience in orthopedic surgery or pediatrics
Asset: experience in project management or program coordination
Critical thinking and good clinical judgment
Ability to prioritize and work as part of a team
Desire to work in an environment that encourages autonomy, professionalism, and versatility
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
