Nurse Practitioner - Medical Aesthetics & Wellness

By Charley Madison Medical Spa is expanding and we are excited to welcome a

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

to join our heart-centred, collaborative and inclusive team.

Our clinic is a warm, welcoming, wellness space dedicated to medical aesthetics, therapeutic care and whole-person wellness. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients and a supportive, uplifting workplace for our practitioners.

Position: Nurse Practitioner (Independent Contractor - Commission Split Model)

We are seeking a skilled, confident, and compassionate

Nurse Practitioner

with experience in (or a strong interest in) medical aesthetics and IV therapy.
This opportunity is offered under a

commission split model

, with full administrative and operational support from our team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform medical aesthetic services within NP scope, including: IV therapy and wellness injections Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) (Opportunity in the future) Dermal fillers (Opportunity in the future) PRP/PRF (Opportunity in the future) Conduct client assessments, consultations, treatment planning and follow-ups. Provide independent prescribing and medical oversight within BCCNM NP standards. Maintain accurate charting and adhere to all safety and ethical guidelines. Contribute positively to our collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Required Qualifications (BC-Specific)

Regulatory Requirements

Current registration in

good standing

with the

BCCNM

as a Nurse Practitioner (Family, Adult or equivalent). Independent prescribing authority granted by BCCNM. Professional liability insurance that

covers medical aesthetic injectables and IV therapy

. Compliance with BCCNM limits, conditions and competencies for aesthetic procedures.

Clinical Competencies

Completed accredited, hands-on training in: Neuromodulators Dermal fillers IV therapy Demonstrated experience performing injectable procedures confidently and safely. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, complication management and client safety protocols

Additional Requirements

Excellent communication and documentation skills (we use

Jane App

). Ability to work independently while contributing to team cohesion. Warm, compassionate, client-centred approach to care. Desire to grow, build a client base and contribute to a thriving wellness environment. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centred practice.
