GHHS is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with Primary Care experience respectively for a Retirement facility in Guelph Ontario.

We Require:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
inPrimary Care Nursing
is required. Registered with theCollege of Nurses of Ontario as an RN (Extended Class)
in good standingMasters of Nursing with a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate
RecentVulnerable Sector Check and 2-Step TB/Chest X-ray (completed within the past year)
Up-to-dateImmunization records
including MMR, Tdap, etc. Completion of3 Covid vaccine
doses*
