Duties

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care. Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in nursing care.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively assess and treat patients. Proficient in medication administration, ensuring safe and effective delivery of treatments. Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong critical thinking skills for making informed clinical decisions. Compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
