Job Description

As part of the Speed Jobbing event organized by the Societe de developpement economique de la Colombie-Britannique (SDECB), a healthcare employer in British Columbia is seeking

bilingual Nurse Practitioners (English-French)

to join a francophone community health centre in Vancouver.

Requirements:

Active registration with the

BCCNM

as a Nurse Practitioner (mandatory). Valid

CPR-HCP certification

. Basic knowledge of

French is required

(the role involves providing care in both English and French). Training in opioid agonist treatment is considered an asset.
Skills & Experience:

Ability to provide longitudinal primary care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Experience working with clients with complex needs (addictions, mental health, vulnerable families). Cultural sensitivity and ability to serve diverse populations. Strong teamwork skills and an understanding of the social determinants of health.
Working Conditions:

Full-time position (35 hours/week)

. Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. Benefits: group health and dental coverage after 3 months.

au sein d'un centre de sante communautaire francophone a Vancouver.

Profil recherche :

Etre inscrite au

BCCNM

en tant qu'infirmierere praticienne (obligatoire). Detenir une

certification RCR-HCP a jour

. La formation en traitement par agonistes opioides constitue un atout.
Competences et experiences :

Fournir des soins primaires longitudinaux en collaboration avec une equipe interdisciplinaire. Experience avec des clients ayant des besoins complexes (toxicomanie, sante mentale, familles vulnerables). Sensibilite culturelle et capacite a travailler aupres de populations diverses. Bonne maitrise du travail en equipe et prise en compte des determinants sociaux de la sante.
Conditions de travail :

Poste a

temps plein (35 h/semaine)

. Horaire flexible, du lundi au vendredi, avec possibilite de travail en soiree ou en fin de semaine. Avantages sociaux : assurances collectives (sante et dentaire) apres 3 mois.
