Exciting Opportunity for Nurse Practitioner at MediOne Physicians

MediOne Physicians is excited to announce the expansion of our medical services with a brand-new clinic opening in Thornhill (Bathurst & Rutherford). We are seeking a passionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative and growing team.

About Us:

MediOne Physicians operates five multidisciplinary medical clinics across Thornhill, Vaughan, North York, Markham, and now our newest location at Bathurst and Rutherford (opening Summer 2025). We are proud to serve a diverse and growing patient population through a team-based approach to primary care.

Position Details:

Location: Bathurst & Rutherford, Thornhill

Start Date: Summer 2025

Clinic Features:

16 fully equipped exam rooms Multiple private physician offices (single/double configurations) Newly built with efficient patient flow in mind Staff kitchen, breakroom, and washroom Full-service on-site pharmacy Ample free parking on-site

Role Overview:

Work alongside experienced Family Physicians in a collaborative team setting Build and manage your own patient roster Provide ongoing support to our FHO group, contributing to comprehensive patient care Participate in in-person and telehealth services, with remote EMR access provided
