The nurse practitioner should preferably have the ability to prescribe Opioid Agonist Therapy. This is for a downtown clinic.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. This role requires a compassionate professional with strong clinical skills, capable of managing diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, seniors, and individuals with complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities
Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations Manage medication administration in accordance with prescribed protocols Provide patient education on health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies Coordinate case management activities to ensure continuity of care for patients with complex needs Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and clinical procedures Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations Ability to perform case management and pain management strategies effectively Prior experience in medical office environments is a plus

Pay: $300,000.00 per hour
