JOB SUMMARY



We are seeking a skilled and dedicated

Nurse Injector

to join our team and provide exceptional injectable treatments to our clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in administering Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables to achieve natural-looking results that enhance our client's confidence. You will conduct thorough consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply advanced injection techniques tailored to individual facial anatomy and aesthetic goals. Your ability to educate clients, manage expectations and provide excellent post-treatment support will be crucial in fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction. Your collaborative nature and commitment to upholding high standards of clinical practice and client service will be essential in working effectively with our multidisciplinary team and maintaining our clinic's position as a leader in the medical aesthetics field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Clinical Proficiency & Procedures



Skillfully administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables, ensuring natural-looking results and client satisfaction. Apply advanced injection techniques tailored to individual facial anatomy and aesthetic goals. Ability to administer IV therapies, including PRP, and provide expert advice to clients regarding their suitability and expected outcomes. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, symmetry, and proportion to achieve optimal outcomes.

Client Consultation & Personalized Treatment Planning



Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client's unique facial structure, desires, and medical history to ensure clients feel comfortable and valued. Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Educate clients on available treatment options, expected results, and potential risks, and recommendations for ongoing skincare to maintain and enhance their aesthetic outcomes. Collaborate with clients to develop realistic, individualized treatment plans that align with their goals. Manage client expectations and provide honest recommendations to foster trust and satisfaction. Provide post-treatment support and follow-up to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.

Product & Procedure Knowledge



Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products used, including their indications, contraindications, and potential side effects. Educate clients on post-treatment care and manage any concerns or complications effectively. Promote and recommend skincare products to support client outcomes, while encouraging product sales and fostering long-term client loyalty. Stay informed about new products at the clinic, techniques, and regulatory changes impacting aesthetic practice.

Team Collaboration



Work effectively with other team members, including physicians, aestheticians, and administrative staff. Uphold the clinic's standards of excellence in both clinical practice and client service.
All other related reasonable duties and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS



Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing in AB. 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably within a dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics setting. Proven experience administering injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, or other cosmetic injectables under delegation. Solid understanding of facial anatomy, muscular structures and patient safety related to aesthetic procedures. Committed to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry best practices. Demonstrate a client-centered approach with adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic clinical environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics and beauty.
