Pearl on King is seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Nurse Injector to join our growing downtown Toronto medical aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate is experienced in administering a variety of injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma , fat dissolving treatments and more.
The successful candidate is also excited to join the team as a part-owner and share in the profit and growth of the business. The position is perfect for a candidate looking for part-time hours (one or two days per week) to supplement an existing hospital or clinic job in a flexible and positive workspace, offering a strong secondary source of income.
Compensation includes a commission-based structure for all injecting work along with a share of company profit.

Responsibilities
Administer injectable treatments, including but not limited to neuromodulators (e.g. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma, biostimulators (e.g. Sculptra, Radiesse), lipolysis and chemical peels while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and current health status to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using an electronic health record system.
Provide education to patients regarding procedures, post-treatment care, and potential side effects.
Assist with the development of social media content.
Assist with the execution of the clinic's growth plan.
Other ownership duties, as determined based on the level of ownership share.
Maintain a flexible, pre-determined schedule that can include a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend hours for a range of 6 to 15 hours per week.
Qualifications
Registered Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner holding valid registration with College of Nurses of Ontario with no previous disciplinary history or Medical Doctor.
Advanced Certification in the following treatments: neuromodulators, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma and lipolysis. Other treatments certifications considered an asset.
At least one year of experience providing the above-listed treatments in a clinic setting.
Business acumen and ability to identify and act on opportunities for business growth.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
