As the Nurse Clinician (NC) on unit 94 you will be responsible for the coordination of an inter-professional team, in the provision of quality patient care in order to meet the operational priorities and requirements within a clinical setting. You will use an integrative leadership approach in assisting, planning, implementing and evaluating care needs, while assuming responsibility for staff assignments, patient flow and clinical resources. You will play a key role in providing safe, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS. As the successful candidate you will act as a clinical role model by demonstrating analytical, leadership and change management skills, strong critical thinking skills, show the ability to prioritize competing demands, be a patient advocate, supporting a patient and family centered care focus, demonstrate strong communication skills and show a commitment to collaborative practice.
