NTS Ltd. is currently seeking a positive, energetic individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant.

General Description

- Reporting to the Contracts Administrator, the Administrative Assistant's role is to provide general administrative and clerical support for Neegan Technical Services.

Main Tasks -

NTS Billing


Daily spreadsheet entry off timesheets (Labour and Equipment)

Uploading Syncrude labour (Laboratory, R&D and Geotech) to Field Glass - Daily Time Entry

Monthly Suncor Firebag labour manual billing through Field Glass Monthly Geotech equipment manual billing through Field Glass Swipe confirmations (labour)

Onboard new employees into Field Glass

Monitor funds in each SOW and communicate with SOW owner when necessary Maintain electronic and paper filing

Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, with a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Customer service experiences an asset

1-3 years in an administration role * Familiarity with the Oil and Gas industry and their support services an asset
