Barber Collins security is looking for a part time Security Guard to work at a NSOC as a national dispatch operator.

Shifts

:

Week 1

(32 hours):

Friday and Saturday from 10:30 pm to 10:30 am Sunday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am

Week 2

(16 hours): Monday and Tuesday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am

8 and 12 hour shifts Afternoon/evening shift

These hours are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:

Protect company's properties and staff by overseeing an international CCTV monitoring system. Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences. This would require video retention, conduct alarm audits and access control audits. Monitor and control clients BAS alarm system and fire panel. Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment. Follow corresponding duties require by the international alarm/access control for the facility/area. Communicate regularly and directly with the client and the tenants internationally. Able to conduct appropriate emergency escalations and communications. Perform any other SOC duties required. Ensuring that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies. Demonstrating judgement, common sense, and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents.

Skills:

Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position. Trained Security Guard with a diploma in a related field. Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment. Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols. Surveillance skills and detail orientation. Integrity and professionalism. Ability to operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones. Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills.

Pay: $20.65 per hour
