Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing space, is currently seeking a NPI Product Engineer to join their team in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate will focusing on the company\'s new product introductions, managing the company\'s different products and programs, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years program / product management experience, preferably in an electronics environment
- Knowledge of and experience with Quality methods and processes, documentation, FMEA\'s in an automotive setting
- Previous experience in NPI initiatives
- Experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
