We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Vision Vanities in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers find the perfect bathroom solutions while contributing to our mission of quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Upsell additional products to maximize customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is preferred. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
