### Who We're Looking For

Certified Journeyman Welder (B Pressure preferred). 5+ years of experience in welding, including vessel fabrication, tank, and structural work. Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a fabrication environment. In-depth knowledge of welding codes, safety regulations, and industry standards; committed to enforcing safe work practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong ability to motivate, mentor, and train welders of all levels. Ability to maintain composure and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations. ###
