We're Hiring a Cafe Manager!

We're a small, community-focused cafe with a tight-knit team of full-time & part-time baristas and a dedicated bakery crew -- and we're looking for a hands-on, people-first Cafe Manager to help lead our space with warmth, consistency, and heart.

If you love good coffee, calm leadership, and building a cafe culture where staff feel supported and customers feel at home, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

? Lead daily cafe operations

? Support and coach baristas

? Coordinate with bakery staff

? Keep the vibe positive, inclusive, and efficient

? Help shape the culture as we grow

Training + Pay Progression

We offer a 6 month structured training program with clear pay milestones:

Month One ? Learn barista skills and NovelTea standards of operation

Month Two ? Run cafe shifts independently

Month Three-Four ? Lead supervisor shifts

Month Five and Six?Learn management operations

Month Seven and Onwards?Full manager responsibilities + full manager rate

Who You Are

Kind, steady, organized A natural communicator Hospitality-driven Able to lead by example on the floor Experienced in coffee or cafe service (management a bonus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
