Duties

Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide effective solutions that align with company offerings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth in the northern region. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showcasing adaptability in various situations. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools for client management. A background in sales or business development is a plus but not required. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to contribute positively to our team while helping our clients achieve their goals through effective solutions.
