As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are key to providing an outstanding experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations. Adhere to food safety standards to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently during shifts.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts. A willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
