We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and trust with customers.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
