Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious North America Sales Manager to join our team at our Canadian headquarters. This role is responsible for driving sales of PatCom's portfolio across the United States and Canada, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and shaping the company's growth strategy in the ENT and swallowing diagnostics space. The Sales Manager will work closely with our team of Clinical Specialists, who lead virtual and onsite demonstrations, while taking full ownership of the sales process, pipeline management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive the full sales process for capital equipment medical devices, consumables, and services across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to coordinate and follow through on product demonstrations, ensuring smooth progression of projects from lead to close.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand PatCom's presence in the ENT and swallowing diagnostics markets.

Lead sales efforts for new and innovative products such as the PatCom Introducer, ensuring effective market adoption of this first-in-medicine technology.

Grow direct sales of Gloup Pill Swallow Gel into acute care hospitals, long-term acute care facilities, and nursing homes.

Support and expand sales of educational services (FEES courses, competency training programs).

Work closely with the CEO and marketing team on product launches, campaigns, and sales initiatives to grow the PatCom brand.

Represent PatCom at medical conferences, trade shows, and customer visits; travel requirements average 15-20% (with regular international travel, especially to the U.S.).

Build the foundation for a scalable sales organization, with the potential to recruit, manage, and develop a growing team of inside and outside sales representatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related medical field required.

5+ years of proven experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for capital equipment sales.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with healthcare decision-makers and navigate complex sales processes in hospitals and clinical settings.

Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to execute against sales targets.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including international travel to the United States.

Must be legally able to travel to the United States for business without the need for a visa.
