As a Non Compliance Risk Senior Manager you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the delivery of medium scale engagements (or workstreams within large scale engagement) for Risk and Regulatory Strategy and Transformation with Financial Services clients including, but not limited to the following areas:
    • Enterprise Risk Management
    • Operational Risk Management
    • Regulatory Compliance (e.g. E-13, Privacy and Data Protection, Basel, TPRM etc.)
    • Risk and Regulatory Reporting
    • Transformation enabled by Risk/Regulatory Technology and Data Analytics capabilities
    • Operating model optimization across the different lines of defense
  • Prepare, review and ensure engagement deliverables meet PwC and client quality expectations
  • Work directly with clients to integrate People, Process and Technology (Data) components into meaningful, value added solutions
  • Collaborate with Financial Services clients, PwC account teams and the wider consulting practice to support development of Risk and Regulatory Transformation opportunities to solve key client challenges
  • Lead or support proposal development for Finance Transformation opportunities, including responding to RFPs
  • Support the Engagement Director and Partner in managing engagement risk and project economics
  • Perform role of coach and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities
  • Promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
  • Contribute to effective employee engagement, mentoring and coaching
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

  • Consulting and industry experience
  • Solid understanding of leading practices for risk and regulatory transformation
  • Experience with risk and regulatory transformation enabled by technology and data analytics
  • A proven track record of successful project completion and a demonstrated ability to manage client communications and expectations
  • Working expertise or strong understanding in many, if not all, of the core areas of non-financial risks including:
    • Enterprise Risk Management
    • Operational Risk Management
    • Regulatory Compliance Requirements (e.g. E-13, Privacy and Data Protection, Basel, TPRM etc.)
    • Risk and Regulatory Reporting
    • Operating model optimization across the different lines of defense
  • Demonstrated project management skills including experience of agile delivery approaches
