JOB SUMMARY:
The Nobel Biocare Associate Sales Representative is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals with surgical specialists, general practitioners, and dental labs within an assigned territory. Attributes include creative selling/promoting, identifying opportunities for growth, collaborating with team members, business plan development, and educating/presenting upon Nobel Biocare products, procedures, and protocols.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Protect Top Accounts
Support local TM by mapping out top 5 surgical account referral networks.
Conduct restorative based education programs for GP restorative offices.
Promote the value of Nobel restorative solutions to GP restorative doctors.
Support the growth of our business by converting GP restorative doctors from competitive systems to Nobel.
Grow Support New Business Acquisition
Map restorative networks and build relationships with key restorative GPs.
Support local TM with market intel by identifying and helping to convert key referral influencers in the market.
Run education programs to help identify current FSP and potential new FSPs.
Open Territory Support
As needed, provide support to open territories.
Call on key surgical and restorative accounts to ensure support during vacancies.
ADDITIONAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in achieving a set sales quota for a geographic territory.
Collaborate with Regional Manager, Territory Representatives, Marketing, and Customer support to meet and exceed commercial initiatives.
Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends. Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory meets or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals.
Participate in local trade shows as well as sponsored Training & Education courses.
Schedule includes occasional evenings and weekends based on the development needs for the territory.
Plan and prioritize sales utilizing funnel management.
Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to company or to customers. Apply this knowledge for your strategies and tactics to develop your commercial activity.
Complete work with minimal direction, on-time and consistently. (Includes, but not limited to: sales visits, funnel management, compliance training, Tableau, and CRM)
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement them at the territory level.
Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
