Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and organizing daily project deliveries to meet production schedules.
Supervise and assign tasks to employees, ensuring efficient and accurate work performance.
Uphold compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards across all projects; escalate challenges to the Foreman for resolution.
Promptly report employee issues to the Foreman for swift resolution.
Accurately complete timesheets for department employees at the end of each shift, verifying information before submission.
Evaluate production methods and equipment, identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct inspections during and after manufacturing to ensure adherence to Bilton standards.
Perform assigned physical fabrication tasks under the direction of the Foreman.
Be available for overtime assignments when required, with appropriate approval.
Monitor employee breaks and arrival/departure times to maintain productivity schedules.
Maintain a clean and safe shop environment.
Provide continuous training and mentorship to all employees.
Provide coverage for Foremen when required.
Delegate tasks to staff as necessary to optimize workflow.
Reinforce safety policies and ensure adherence to safe working practices and job procedures.
Fulfill other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a fabrication shop.
AB Journeyman Certification
1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated effectiveness.
Flexibility to work shifts, holidays, weekends, as required.

Working Conditions
Overtime will be required based on production demands
