We're looking for a

high-energy Assistant Manager / Floor Supervisor

to help us deliver unforgettable experiences every Thursday-Saturday (with Sundays coming soon).

This is the perfect role for someone who loves nightlife, can lead a team under pressure, and wants to grow into a full management position.

What you'll do

Lead FOH staff during restaurant service (5-10 PM) and nightclub operations (10 PM-late). Supervise all areas: dining room, bar, VIP/bottle service, and security. Handle guest issues professionally and keep service running smoothly. Support nightly cash-outs, reports, and inventory tracking. Maintain TROPICALYYC's signature energy and Latin vibes.

What we're looking for

Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong asset.

1-2 years in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightclub role. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly. Experience with POS systems (Lightspeed a plus). Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.

What we offer

Hourly pay: $18/h + tips

(participation in FOH tip pool boosts earnings by ~$3-4/h).
