Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing products, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the retail store.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical details to customers
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Skills
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and POS systems
- Proven track record in upselling products to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
