We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and restaurant management, with a passion for hospitality and leadership. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, maintaining high standards of food safety, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or food service area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Assist in food preparation and bartending as needed, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and performance feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in bartending or food preparation is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
