THE OVERNIGHT SAUCE PRODUCTION TEAM HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Prepare and execute the production of our patented sauce recipe Prepare ingredients for the sauce including vegetables and spice mix prep and grinding of meat products Utilize various tools and processing equipment including meat grinder, commercial immersion blender, and others as required Load raw ingredients into cooking machines and measure correct amounts needed by following specific company recipes Verify that finished materials meet quality standards of the company by utilizing appropriate quality assurance techniques and tests as directed Maintain a clean and sterile environment for food preparation, processing, storage, and packaging Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the workspace by following company and CFIA cleanliness standards Other duties as assigned
OVERNIGHT SAUCE PRODUCTION POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years' food manufacturing or preparation experience an asset Experience in a HACCP approved food manufacturing facility an asset Understanding of food handling and sanitation standards Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work overnight Sunday through Thursday weekly Reliable transportation required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
