Founded in 1966 Custom manufacturing of industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment Consistent growth and expansion throughout Canada and the United States. Many employees work in our manufacturing facilities as Production/Factory Assemblers where they: + Read blueprints and specification documents.
+ Create parts lists.
+ Gather materials to fabricate and assemble Engineered Airs custom HVAC equipment and systems

General Tasks

Opportunity to perform some of the following tasks based on capability and production needs:

Sheet Metal

+ Offloading and loading sheet metal pieces into production line
+ Prepare skids including offloading and loading
+ Forklift operation
+ Read and understand sheet metal layout drawings

Electrical

+ Basic mechanical troubleshooting and general machine maintenance

Skills/Physical Requirements

Production or general labor experience (an asset) Previous experience with automated sheet metal equipment Computer usage and operation Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Standing for long periods of time in a busy production environment

Pay / Shift

This position is for a evening/night shift. After approx. 3 months of training, hours are expected to be 4pm to 02:30am Monday to Thursday, with an earlier, shorter shift on Friday.

Typical schedule is up to 44 hours/week, including occasional Saturday shifts. Schedule may change depending on business needs.
