Night Shift
Dispatcher
for our team of Truck & Trailer Technicians at our location in Dieppe. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and "can do attitude". We offer:

Work closely with shop supervisor on work distribution for the truck and trailer technicians
Assist service advisors with preparing & updating work schedules
Provide back up support for the Service Advisor
Ensure quality / correct information is included in each work order
Looking up SRT's and assigning the right Technician to jobs
Cross reference with special instructions pertaining to job requirements/details
Confirm warranty requirements are fulfilled and updated accordingly
Close repair orders
Assist with preparation of time sheets
Monitor claims for accuracy/completeness
Flag the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations performed
Return improperly completed repair orders to the author for correction and/or completion as necessary
Successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Logistics/Supply chain or Technical/Mechanical, would be considered an asset.
Mechanical aptitude is required.
Understanding manufacturer warranty policies and procedures would be considered an asset.
Must exude energy and passion for superior customer service and building and retaining customer loyalty.
Must be detail oriented.
Strong customer service skills.
Computer skills (experience with Microsoft Excel is a must)
