Full Time Night Production Baker

La Belle Baguette is a local bakery located in the heart of Winnipeg's, St. Boniface. Here at La Belle Baguette, we strive to consistently create a delicious, high-quality product that our customers will love. Our team is hard working, positive, possess excellent time management skills and are friendly. We are looking to expand our team by having a full time night baker join our team to proof and bake pastries.

Skills + Experience:

- Pastry training or kitchen experience is required

- Experience working with doughs and croissants

- Good with time management

- Good communication skills

- Strong work ethic

- French is not required but is preferred

Responsibilities + Expectations:

- Able to lift minimum 50 lbs

- Proof / bake croissants for orders and the cafe

- Organizing orders

- Good at communicating with the rest of the team

- Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace

- Work well under pressure and be able adapt to different situations

Location: 248 Ave. De La Cathedrale, Winnipeg, MB

Full Time Hours: 30-40 hours per week (must be available weekends)
