Twisted Steak is hiring a Night Line Kitchen Manager to lead our evening kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-standard steakhouse environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced line cook, sous chef, or kitchen leader who thrives during busy service and takes pride in running a strong, organized line.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the night line during service
Maintain food quality, consistency, and plating standards
Manage ticket flow and ensure efficient service
Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Train, coach, and hold staff accountable
Communicate effectively with management and ownership
Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak shifts
