Doughnut Loe is seeking an Night Time Pastry Baker Leader 2am to 10am Wednesday to Sunday
Responsibilities
Prepare Dough, cut and fry
Decorate doughnuts with attention to detail to enhance visual appeal As per Doughnut Love standards
Ensure all food preparation follows food safety guidelines and proper handling techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dessert items and seasonal offerings.
Collaborate with owner and Executive Chef to come up with ideas for new menu items
Prepare glazes, doughs and fillings as per recipe provided.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in a restaurant or bakery environment (Minimum 3 years)
Strong skills in baking, cake decorating, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Previous kitchen experience in the food industry is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
