Night Auditor / Guest Services Agent

to join our team. This

overnight position (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction after hours.

About the Role:

As a Night Auditor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our guests overnight. You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries and concerns, and perform nightly reconciliation of hotel accounts.

Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Full-time / Part-time available)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet late-night arrivals and early-morning departures with professionalism and warmth Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle guest requests, concerns, and emergencies during the overnight hours Audit and balance daily revenue transactions from various hotel departments Prepare and verify end-of-day reports and ensure all data is accurate Answer phones, make reservations, and schedule wake-up calls as requested Maintain a secure and quiet environment throughout the night

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Comfortable working independently and handling overnight responsibilities Strong communication, math, and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A genuine commitment to guest satisfaction

Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
