About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented

Night Auditor

to manage our front desk operations during the overnight hours at a popular resort destination. This role is perfect for someone with strong front desk experience who thrives in an independent setting and can ensure the smooth closing of daily operations and preparation for the next day.

Key Duties:

Perform all end-of-day accounting and audit procedures. Process all financial transactions, including posting charges and reconciling accounts. Balance daily cash, credit card, and direct billing transactions. Generate and distribute daily reports to relevant departments. Handle late check-ins and early check-outs. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise overnight. Prepare the front desk for the morning shift. Ensure the security of the premises during overnight hours.
What You Bring:

Strong background in front desk or hotel guest services, with a focus on night audit or accounting procedures preferred. Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical skills. Comfort using booking systems and handling payment systems. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills for guest interactions.
