We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.
Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in managing front desk operations, including cash handling and billing inquiries.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Experience
Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
