Night Auditor

As the Night Auditor, you'll be the backbone of our overnight operations, ensuring guests have a seamless experience while keeping our financials accurate and our hotel running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Perform accurate night audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring data integrity. Check guests in and out efficiently, providing a warm and professional experience every time. Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Process payments, post room charges, and verify guest accounts with accuracy. Monitor hotel occupancy, track revenue statistics, and support management with operational insights. Maintain safety and security standards throughout your shift. Work independently while representing the hotel with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

1-2 years of hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial transactions. Ability to work overnight shifts independently while maintaining professionalism. Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar property management systems is an asset. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
