Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service to guests while managing front desk responsibilities. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Weekend and holiday shift are required for this position. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare financial reports for management review. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures efficiently. Monitor hotel security and ensure the safety of guests during overnight shifts. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel setting. Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role.
