Best Western Plus Carlton Plaza Hotel is seeking fun, high-energy, friendly candidates for Guest Services Agent position. Candidates with no experience are welcome and great for part-time work for students!

Wage increase to $24.00 after 3 month probation.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Schedule is all overnight shifts
• Enjoys working independently
• Professional and positive attitude with smiles and a sense of responsibility
• Speak English fluently to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
• Great problem solving skill in fast-pace environment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• General office tasks including answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
• Resolve issues and concerns to creatively meet guest's needs.
• Handle general questions and requests including concierge tasks
• Posting daily payments
• Creating daily revenue reports
• Greeting guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00 per hour
