We are seeking a dedicated, meticulous, and service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for all end-of-day functions and hotel operations during the night shift. In addition to managing guests' needs and ensuring their comfort and security, the Night Auditor plays a key role in maintaining the hotel's financial and operational integrity.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness Reconcile and balance all financial transactions executed during the day Handle end-of-day activities and prepare daily reports for the management Maintain the security of the hotel, managing check-ins, check-outs and reservations Respond to guests' needs promptly and with courtesy during the night shift Perform duties of the front desk, reservations, switchboard, and all other duties as directed Resolve guest complaints in a tactful and diplomatic manner. Actively manage hotel parking lot to minimize unauthorized parking and traffic.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is an asset Strong mathematical acumen and meticulous attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera PMS preferred) Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Professional, responsible, and reliable, even in the overnight hours A commitment to delivering excellent customer service in line with brand standards

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
