Duties
Complete nightly audit reports and balance daily transactions.
Cover our
24/7 On-Mountain Support Phone Line
, responding promptly to guest inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating assistance.
Setup team operations for next day
Perform
basic maintenance tasks
, such as:
Resetting Wi-Fi routers and equipment
Replacing light bulbs or batteries
Unclogging drains or toilets
Minor repairs (e.g., tightening loose fixtures, patching small issues)
Coordinating with maintenance staff for larger problems
Carry out
cleaning and upkeep duties
, including:
Wiping down common areas overnight
Restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
Emptying garbage/recycling as needed
Light snow shoveling or de-icing entryways during winter months
Provide limited
front desk coverage
, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations when required.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure readiness for the following day.
Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in
hospitality, front desk, or guest services
is required.
Hands-on ability and comfort with
basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
tasks.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently overnight.
Comfortable managing multi-line phones and responding to urgent calls.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance guest service with operational tasks.
Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Experience with hotel management software is an asset (training provided).
