Responsibilities
Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of guest billing and financial records.
Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Monitor security systems, perform safety checks around the property, and report any irregularities or incidents to management.
Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, assisting callers with inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation.
Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure a smooth overnight operation and uphold hospitality standards.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations or front desk roles.
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world.
Expertise in night audit procedures, guest relations, and customer service excellence.
Proficiency in hotel management software and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication.
