Job Description
The Inn on Long Lake, located in beautiful Nanaimo, BC, is currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team of hospitality professionals. We are currently accepting applications for Night Auditor for our Front Office Department.
Part-time positions available for
Friday & Saturday Night Auditor (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
, with potential to pick up1-2 additional shifts as a Front Desk Agent (AM or PM)
.Maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Interacting professionally with guests and co-workers. Performing all registration, departure, and reservation tasks. Upselling our services and recommending our loyalty program. Handling guests' requests and complaints. Following proper privacy and security procedures. Posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts. Verifying that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into PMS system. Tracking room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics. Complete night audit duties, including end-of-day reconciliation, with proficiency in Excel and generating accurate daily and financial reports. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Part-time available.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 30 per week
